Our Mission
The mission of Destination...COUNTRY! is to share our love of nature with our community.
We are blessed to live in the beautiful countryside of Sussex County, New Jersey, where we share our land with farm and woodland animals. Our property abounds with the wonders and colors of nature - from the first pastel flowers of the spring to the healthy greens of vegetables grown in our gardens throughout the summer to the vibrant colors of leaves in autumn.
- By opening our farm to schools, scout troops, senior citizens, clubs, churches, and neighbors, we hope to nurture a love and appreciation for those things that God has created.
- Through our educational programs, we hope to encourage visitors to become more inquisitive about nature.
- From the lessons we share, it is our deepest hope that all of our visitors learn to appreciate and care for our environment. We hope that they will gain the skills to begin gardens and habitats in their own yards, even it it means starting with just a windowsill garden!
